Therapeutic Workshops

Therapeutic workshops are educational experiences* that are offered to individuals in a group setting, workplaces, and other community organizations. The goal of these workshops is to educate participants on how they can learn skills that positively impact their emotional well-being, communication, and resilience. These workshops weave together mental health education, mindfulness, and relational skills to help participants understand themselves and connect with each other in more meaningful, compassionate ways.

*Therapeutic Workshops are not psychotherapy; they are educational and informative experiences that can compliment one’s psychotherapy journey, but are not a replacement for psychotherapy. Registration for educational workshops or events does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. Participation in psychotherapy services with Emily Hope Counseling requires execution of separate informed consent documentation in addition to a specific process regarding managed care.
