Updated 11/6/2025: At this time, I am not accepting new Online Therapy clients. My slots for Online Therapy are more limited due to the impact that overexposure to screen time has had on my own physical and mental wellbeing over the years. I have learned that I cannot be an effective therapist to anyone when I take on too many sessions that require being on camera all day.

I will, however, consider clients who are interested in Telehealth therapy who would be open to taking their therapy sessions via phone call using audio-only. I offer this option for many of my clients and encourage them to take the session walking, stretching, or doing something off-camera and away from the screen while we have the session. I too am usually walking or stretching, due to the chronic back pain I suffer from as a result of too much sitting. If this option meets your needs, feel free to reach out with an

For each new client, the process of therapy starts the same: we meet for an intake session to discuss your history and the experiences in your life that have led you to seek out therapy; then we discuss your goals for therapy in a treatment planning session; and then we meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to discuss the progress being made towards those goals, Our weekly and bi-weekly sessions are a safe-space for you to share openly and honestly with full confidentiality. As our relationship builds, you may decide that together we can unpack past traumas, change behaviors that are no longer serving you in coping with life stresses, or explore parts of yourself that you’ve felt hesitant to open up about. This is where the therapy is no longer a one-size-fits-all process — and I welcome your individuality and unique needs with open arms. Every 90 days or so, we will check in about how your treatment is going and discuss the unique therapeutic goals you set during our treatment planning session. You have the right to continue or end treatment at any point, for any reason.

  • A session designated to learning as much as possible about you, your history, and the experiences that have led you to seek out for mental health support.

  • A session dedicated to your goals for therapy. What symptoms do you want to reduce? What behaviors do you want to change? What coping skills do you want to increase? We’ll discuss all of it and come up with a plan for your treatment.

  • Plan on weekly or bi-weekly sessions at a time that fits into your busy schedule. Time in therapy is spent however you may want or need. We can discuss the progress you are making on your goals, process events that have happened in your past, or discuss your day-to-day tendencies and figure out what is serving you and what isn’t. This is your time in the week to be 100% authentically yourself, judgment free. Feel free to provide feedback at any point so that I can continue to support you in whatever ways you are needed.
