I support adults who are ready to break old patterns, develop stronger boundaries, and build healthier relationships using a relational approach.

Clients often come to me seeking help with:

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • How to handle conflict in a healthy way

  • Never feeling good enough or imposter syndrome

  • Anxiety, burnout, and/or emotional overwhelm
